Job Description

Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager the Brand Manager drives the development and growth of the Attitude and Folia brands. As a true guardian of their identity, you design and implement strategies that captivate, engage, and build loyalty among consumers across Canada.

In collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you bring to life marketing campaigns that are cohesive, creative, and impactful, ensuring the visibility, reach, and long-term success of our brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the brand marketing strategy in Canada for our two brands: Attitude and Folia.
  • Execute the communication strategy across traditional, digital, and social media channels, including brand influencer and ambassador programs, in collaboration with external partners.
  • Drive the in-store activation plan in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with external agency partners in the development of platforms, concepts, and marketing toolkits.
  • Support the development and mentorship of the Product Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing​
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written​
  • Experience in brand management: minimum of three (3) years as a brand manager​
  • Experience in marketing research; an asset​
  • Rigor, capacity for analysis and synthesis​
  • Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced and evolving environments​
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills​
  • Fluency in English is essential given our North American scope; French is an important asset as the role is based in Quebec.
