Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Strategy and Sales, the Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Manager analyzes market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive data to develop and deploy commercial strategies aligned with Vegpro’s growth objectives

Main responsibilities

  • Make clear and actionable pricing & promotion strategy recommendations
  • Design and implement price-pack architecture
  • Conduct channel margin analysis across retail and other sales channels to identify optimization opportunities​
  • Perform volume forecasting and cannibalization analysis to support strategic decision-making​
  • Model portfolio impact and P&L scenarios to evaluate pricing and investment decisions​
  • Lead the development of our assortment and merchandising tactics​
  • Lead the new product presentations with support from the commercial team
  • Lead commercial annual planning activities

Main Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field ​
  • More than five (5) years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management or sales strategies​
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Nielsen, Excel and visualization platforms. ​
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.​
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders​
  • Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced and evolving environments​
  • Ability to influence without authority​
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required, =to collaborate effectively with all members of the sales team
