Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director – Quality & Food Safety Center of Excellence, you will play a key role in improving, simplifying, and optimizing activities related to food microbiology and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement

Identify and carry out continuous improvement projects.

Coordinate pilot projects with external partners and internal teams.

Act as a quality leader or expert during project implementation.

Serve as a quality expert and leader in the deployment of new processes, technologies, equipment, and infrastructures.
Food Safety
-
Plan, develop, and execute validation protocols.

Monitor project progress and support multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Quality, Production, Agriculture) in the execution of their projects.

Ensure effective communication between the various teams.
