Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Set up and adjust vision system parameters and related equipment according to the available product
Operate the vision system used for carrot sorting in accordance with established standards
Ensure equipment performance is maintained throughout production
Conduct regular checks during the shift to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Complete the appropriate production reports
Provide support to employees in their tasks when needed
Maintain a clean work environment
Perform all other related duties

DEP in production equipment operation (food processing) or high school diploma combined with 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Ability to work standing and lift required materials
Comfortable using computer systems
Proficiency in spoken and written French
Ability to work in a cold (4°C) and noisy environment
Knowledge of HACCP standards is an asset
