Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleaning (rinsing, scrubbing, washing) of production machines, conveyors, and other equipment
  • Blow air on carrot and onion production machines
  • Empty trash bins at various stations
  • Replenish factory stations with gloves, hairnets, and beard nets
  • Clean conveyors using hoses and cleaning products
  • Complete daily documentation and computer records related to cleaning progress in each department
  • Perform all other related duties

Main Responsibilities

  • High school diploma is an asset
  • 0 to 6 months of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing or agri-food environment
  • Ability to work standing in a cold and humid environment (3°C)
  • Ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs (for certain positions)
  • Strong sense of observation and urgency
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and versatile
  • Strong team spirit
