Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Coordinator plans and ensures the smooth execution of daily activities related to the supply of lettuce, green onions, leeks, boxes, and pallets. The role supports the needs of our three plants, our fields, and our external suppliers. Based on forecasts and MRP, the Coordinator ensures rigorous supply follow-up and actively participates in purchasing, sales, and transportation activities.

The successful candidate will be part of a supply chain team of more than 35 people and will work closely with internal and external partners, as well as various divisions across the organization.

  • Order and delivery follow-up: Manage the entire purchase order process (issuance, creation, approval, delivery tracking, document control, claims, and invoicing) and coordinate raw material receiving appointments with internal teams.

  • Ensure quality and minimize losses: Approve receiving reports, ensure compliance with quality standards, design salad recipes for production, and make cost-effective decisions to reduce raw material losses.

  • Resolve logistical challenges: Autonomously and creatively manage urgent or unforeseen supply issues, identify fast and effective solutions, and act as a liaison between the purchasing team, suppliers, and internal customers.

  • Monitoring, communication, and reporting: Update inventory dashboards daily, produce reports and statistics, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (in French and English), and proactively flag risks while taking appropriate corrective actions.

  • Support and collaboration: Assist the immediate supervisor with various tasks and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
