Order and delivery follow-up: Manage the entire purchase order process (issuance, creation, approval, delivery tracking, document control, claims, and invoicing) and coordinate raw material receiving appointments with internal teams.

Resolve logistical challenges: Autonomously and creatively manage urgent or unforeseen supply issues, identify fast and effective solutions, and act as a liaison between the purchasing team, suppliers, and internal customers.
-
Monitoring, communication, and reporting: Update inventory dashboards daily, produce reports and statistics, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (in French and English), and proactively flag risks while taking appropriate corrective actions.

Support and collaboration: Assist the immediate supervisor with various tasks and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
